Fatayer chopped meat (a Turkish dish)

 

Components
Dough:
500 g white flour
60 grams soft butter
200 grams yogurt
Teaspoon salt
Tablespoon sugar
2 tablets eggs
Tablespoon instant yeast bread

 For stuffing:
500 g minced lamb
3 pills a large chopped onion

Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

Teaspoon sweet red pepper (Paprika)
Hot pepper to taste

2 cloves garlic, minced 

How to prepare
Filling:

Tips:
