Mini Cap Cake with Lemon Glasé

 

Components
Cap Cake:
100 g soft butter
2 tablets eggs
200 grams flour
50 g almond powder
Bekeanj teaspoon baking powder (yeast cakes)
150 grams sour cream
150 grams sugar
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt

Glasag lemon:
2 tablets whites of eggs
Pinch of salt
Juice of a lemon green bean
Sprayed lemon green
150 to 200 g castor sugar sifted
Alpavo seeds, lemon sprayed, colored sugar for garnish
Yellow food color, or to taste
Teaspoon vegetable oil 

How to prepare
Cap Cake:
1 - are heavily dry ingredients (flour, yeast, desserts, soda and salt).
2 - fail to butter and sugar well, add eggs pill after the other with whipping, vanilla, sour cream and then dry ingredients.

Glasag lemon:

Tips:
