Diet for breastfeeding women 

and information of interest to women breast-feeding 

Breakfast: 

Diet Toast 2 + (hard boiled egg or 3 tablespoons cheese Quraish


   or 5 tablespoons bean) + salad dish

Additional meal after every main meal two hours: 

Cup yogurt + fruit 

Or fruit + boiled egg

  Or 8 grains of almond

Snacks between meals:

Option number 2 fruits + fruit Island
First day
 


lunch: Lasagna pasta + salad dish 

Dinner: A quarter of a loaf of my country +50 g low-fat cheese + cup skim milk 


Second day 

lunch: Beef Curry + dish salad +5 tablespoons basmati rice + vegetable dish sauteed 

Dinner: 2 fruit + cup skim milk 


The third day


lunch : Grilled chicken + salad dish +5 tablespoons rice + vegetable dish sauteed

Dinner: half a can of tuna from the oil refinery + a quarter of a loaf of my country + cup orange juice or guava


The fourth day


lunch: pasta 5 tablespoons meat balls + dish salad

Dinner: 2 boiled egg + a quarter of a loaf of my country + cup skim milk


The fifth day

lunch: 2 slice brown toast stuffed (tomatoes + lettuce + onions with a slice turkey or cold meat or tuna or chicken breast, cheddar cheese or slice

 Dinner: fruit or fruit cup Zpadykber + dish salad

 The sixth day

 lunch: Grilled fish number 2 (half kilo) +5 tablespoons rice Sayadieh (with tomatoes and onions) + salad dish 

Dinner: 3 tablespoons cheese Quraish + a quarter of a loaf + cup skim milk

The seventh day

 Food: 7 tablespoons white beans +5 tablespoons basmati rice + dish salad + slice turkey or chicken breast 


Dinner: 4 tablespoons bean + a quarter of a loaf of my country + Guava juice with milk



The most important nutrients that should be useful to nursing women dealt with



1 - fluid
2 - milk and milk products, low-fat
3 - protein (meat - poultry - fish - eggs)
4 - green leafy vegetables (spinach - Mallow - Watercress - lettuce)
5 - root vegetables (carrots - potatoes)
6 - Crusader vegetables (cabbage - Broccoli - Broccoli)
7 - and citrus fruits (lemon - orange - grapefruit - strawberry - kiwi - guava)
8 - yellow fruits such as apricots, Alcantalub
9 - dried fruit (raisins - Alqrasia - Almhamshah)
10 - whole grains, nuts and seeds (wheat germ - beans - beans - Almond)
