Diet to lose 4 kg in a week

 

 
Breakfast
2 tablespoons cheese Quraish + toast age + salad
Two hours after breakfast and the fruit of apple fruit
Between breakfast and food 3 fruit and the fruit of choice Islandsbroccoli or 3 pieces and the fruit of Islands
The first day:
lunch: Grilled issued Farkha + boiled spinach dish + potatoesgrilled
Dinner: boiled egg + cup tomato juice
Day Two:
lunch: 8 tablespoons roasted eggplant Mesaka, green pepper,chopped weft +1 bread diet + salad

Dinner: 2 fruits Fruit
Fifth day:
lunch: 200 g Fillet Baked fish with vegetables + Salad
Dinner: 3 tablespoons cheese Quraish + fruit of choice and the fruit of tomato
The sixth day:
lunch: 3 tablespoons boiled pasta with tomatoes intensive clovegarlic + 2 pieces small roast beef + salad
Dinner: 2 boiled egg + salad
Seventh day:
lunch: Fruit salad is permitted (orange and apple and pear andGuava)
Dinner: fruit fruit
         Two hours after food fruit fruit
